Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales target
  • Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Shop in charge in the day to day operations of managing the shop

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or Diploma / “A” Level. 
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Sales driven and customer service oriented
  • Bilingual communication skills with English being compulsory
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • High Basic / Min Gross Salary $2200.00 onwards and with Up to $800.00 Monthly Commission

    Assistant Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    • Handing & supervision of full sets of Accounts.
    • Prepare and submitting of GST and all accounting related.
    • Responsible for the timely closing of accounts, including analysis of the company’s financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
    • Responsible for the preparation of the monthly and annual management and statutory report, including budget and periodic revisions of forecast results.
    • Maintain ledgers, statement and accounts within establish procedures taking appropriate action to secure or make payment and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist with the general review of accounting procedures and reporting conventions and implement ways to streamline the workflow.
    • Assist with the training of new accounting staff and supervision of all accounting staff.
    • Handle non-routine queries and projects raised by the management.
    • Must be able to do stock take once a month at end of every month.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Accountancy/Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience as an accounts officer in handing full sets of Accounts & supervision of accounting staff.
    • Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility.
    • Must be independent, able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced Environment
    • 5 days work week (9am to 6 pm)

    HR cum Admin Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • HR Administration
      • Assisting director in full spectrum HR scope
      • To keep track and updating of Company Policy Hand Book
      • Liaising with government statutory such as ministry of manpower on work permit application issues and CPF board.
      • To assist on staff welfare implementation
      • Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
      • Administer employee leave, medical, maternity claims and childcare leave claims and etc
      • Perform NS make-up claim
      • Keep track of employees’ confirmation and ensure that they are appraised by their immediate supervisor via the performance appraisal form
      • General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letters and etc
      • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign work passes
      • Sourcing, enrollment of courses and preparation of course payment including submission of SDF and SRP grants for staff training
      • Preparing of new join staffs orientation kit such as sitting arrangement,  IT/email setup, stationery, mobile phone, printing of name card & etc
      • Liaising with vendor on purchase and claims on Workmen Compensation, Medical and all insurance policies when needed
      • Participating in planning of company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, D & D etc
      • Ad hoc duties including HR and /administrative assigned by management.
    • Office Administration
      • General administrative duties: Office admin such as office equipment maintenance and procurement (stationery requisition office equipment supplies and grocery items, filing, postage and uniform arrangement mailing, liaise with office equipment vendors for supplies, repairs & maintenance schedules )
    • IT Administration
      • Liaising with vendor on updating and renewal of all IT related maintenance and procurement

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years in HR administration experience
    • Good time management, self-motivated and able work under pressure
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Must be independent, able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced Environment
    • Able to start work immediately
    • 5 days week (9am to 6 pm)

    Outdoor Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop new accounts – proactively engage in activities to identify and develop new accounts, converting them into key accounts for the company.
    • Service existing accounts – retain and grow businesses from existing set of clients, building long­ term relationships by providing excellent service standards.
    • Active contribution in defining channel strategy, translating strategy into operation targets
    • Be responsible to achieve sales targets set by the management

    Requirements:

    • Good track record in meeting sales targets by selling to corporate clients
    • Highly motivated with strong selling, presentation and business analysis skills
    • Must have at least 2 years work experience in Channel Sales, preferably in and Telecommunications Industry
    • 5.5 working days / Monday to Friday working hours – 9.30am to 6.30pm / Saturday – 9am to 1pm.
    • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
    • Working location : Ubi Ave 3
